150 minutes of physical activity every week.
Those people who are sitting for 9 and a half hours or more, the risk of early death increases. This has been claimed in a recent study. The research has been published in the British Medical Journal (BMJ). The World Health Organization WHO guidelines recommend a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate or 75 minutes of rigorous physical exertion for people aged between 18 and 64 years of age. However, this advice is mainly based on self-adopted activities. 

The risk of death from sitting for more than 9.5 hours
, researchers led by Professor Ulf Ekelund of the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences in Oslo, Norway, analyzed the studies in relation to physical activity. Research states that sitting for 9.5 hours or more, excluding sleep time throughout the day, increases the risk of premature death. The research included 36 thousand 383 people aged at least 40 years or more, whose average age was 62 years. 2,149 participants died during the research. 

These are the disadvantages caused by sitting:
• Diabetes, high blood pressure, increased risk of heart disease 
• Lack of flexibility in the body. 
• Blood circulation is not correct. 
• There are pens in the waist and muscles. 
• The more you sit, the more hip and waist pain will increase. 
• Metabolism activity also starts to decrease. 
• Fat consumed is not digested and begins to accumulate. 
• The bones begin to be weak and brittle.
