A new feature has been introduced to improve Google Maps. This feature will provide better personalized recommendations to users with the help of local guides. The feature is being tested in Delhi, San Francisco, Tokyo, Sao Paolo, Bangkok, London, New York, Osaka and Mexico City. These recommendations will be given to the users on the basis of where the user goes more or which the user has rated more.
This will help users to know about any new place. Here you will be given reviews of guides for any new place. This feature will work when you are following one of the local guides. Users will be available in the For You tab given in the recommendations app given by Local Guide. After following any guide here, related suggestions will be made available to users in Google Maps.
