He recently took to his Instagram handle and shared the recipe of this herbal mixture that can help to boost your lung health and build immune health.

02/9​ Ingredients

Juice of 1 lemon

1 cinnamon stick

3-4 garlic cloves

1-inch grated ginger

7-8 tulsi leaves

1 tbsp Fenugreek (methi) seeds

03/9​ How to prepare the drink

Take a deep pan and pour 2 litres of water into it. Add a cinnamon stick, garlic cloves, ginger and tulsi leaves and fenugreek seeds into the water and let it boil for a few minutes. Once the water starts boiling turn the flame low and let the concoction simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn the gas off and let the drink cool down. Strain the drink before pouring it into a bottle. Consume at least 250 ml mixture twice a day and add lemon before consuming it. You can store the drink all day out of the fridge. Best sipped warm.
