The High Court also said that saving the lives of the people is not the responsibility of the Chardham Board but the responsibility of the government. On calling the live telecast not scriptural, the court said that when the religious texts were written, there was no technicality. The fair of Neem Karauri of Kainchi Dham, Jagannath Yatra of Puri in Odisha, and Amarnath Yatra of Jammu and Kashmir have been banned and the live telecast is happening, so what is the problem in a live telecast from the sanctum sanctorum in all the four Dhams. Saving thousands of lives is more important than Delta Plus at this time.
