Damage Due To Flood

AIIMS Public Relations Officer Harish Mohan Thapliyal told that the arrangement made for the drainage of water has come to the top of that system. Due to which the drainage of water was affected. The road outside AIIMS is at a height, due to which the drainage of water is not being done at its own pace.
