Amrapali may soon get the keys to their homes. The Supreme Court gave a clear warning to the Noida and Greater Noida authorities that if there is a delay in giving possession, the officers can be sent to jail. The apex court ordered both the authorities to start registration of Amrapali home buyers’ flats. The court reprimanded the authorities for lethality and stated that if the possession is still delayed, the authorities may have to bear the wind of jail. 

Authorities said- In view of the tough stand of the special cell court, authorities have said that a special cell has been created for the cases related to Amrapali’s home buyers. He assured the court that officers have been appointed to follow the order. Byers was confused after the July 24 hearing in the Supreme Court. 

Remember that the Supreme Court has abolished the right of the builder from all the projects of Amrapali and the responsibility of this right was given to the court receiver. At the same time, the court ordered the authority that the authorities whose projects were not issuing CC due to money will have to issue CCs. The court said that the authorities should recover their money by selling the builder’s personal property. NBCC will do the work of completing the incomplete projects. By this decision of the court, Byers had many questions in mind.
