But the real trouble starts after Diwali. What you eat and drink that day, the effect is seen later. After the festival, people try to come to the normal routine, but this does not happen. In such a situation, here are some tips that will work for you.
According to psychiatrist Dr. Wani Sharan, people should remain in touch with their friends and relatives even after Diwali. Apart from this, he can follow any of his favorite hobbies. Exercise can be done so that whatever fried and roasted food is eaten on the festival day, everyone can get burnt out of the body.

According to Dietician Palki Chopra, people consume excessive amounts of fried foods, sugar and alcohol on festive occasions. Admittedly, dishes and fried foods are an important part of festivals, but you cannot deny the fact that they are harmful for health. Therefore, people need to make small changes in their routine to detoxify the body. For this, start the day with 1 glass of warm water or lemon green tea. Keep drinking water during the day so that body moisture remains intact. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.

Dr. Chopra further said, ‘Eat a lot of lettuce with carrot, radish, cucumber and tomato for a few weeks. Do not eat canned things like chips, snacks and cakes at all. Also eat plenty of dry fruits.
According to Dr. Arunesh Kumar, Chief of Chest Institute and Respiratory Medicine Paras Hospital, among all these people suffering from respiratory problems need special attention. Not only asthma patients, but common people also need to take special care. Firecrackers used during Diwali contain a large amount of chemicals such as lead, copper, zinc, manganese, sodium and potassium. If their volume increases in the air, it can cause asthma attack in the patient, in addition to high headache, there may be other respiratory problems.

The poisonous elements which dissolve in the air due to the burning of firecrackers are completely different from normal air pollution. These not only deteriorate the air quality but also make it difficult for even a common man to breathe. So people try not to go to places where there is too much smoke. Dr. Piyush Goyal, Palmonologist at Columbia Asia Hospital, Gurgaon, says that people should wear masks of good quality and drink sufficient amount of liquid.

Whenever there is difficulty in breathing, put lavender oil in hot water and take steam, it will not only remove all the blockages but also the stress. If there is difficulty in breathing due to loud music or the sound of firecrackers, then place a bag of warm water on the chest and waist. Will get plenty of rest.
