No one likes extra weight. We all want to lose weight, but lack the discipline and don’t eat right and exercise. But with the proper diet and exercise we can very easily lose weight.Tips to lose weight

These are some tips to lose weight:

  • Have 6 to 8 glasses of water every day throughout the day. This keeps you hydrated as seventy percent of your body is water. Drinking water is very important to keep your body healthy. Also be careful that you don’t have chilled water, have warm or lukewarm water, this really helps in weight loss and helps you shed those extra pounds quick

 

  • Have less sugar. Too much sugar intake can cause obesity and diabetes and many more ailments. Try to avoid too much sugar in tea and also avoid very sweet candies and sweets. Sugar increases your weight at a very fast pace and leads to fat accumulation.

 

  • Try to avoid processed foods, whole grain and wheat as they have carbohydrates which lead to accumulation of fat as they are difficult to break down. Also avoid rice for the same reason and never have water after having rice. Instead go for fresh fruits and vegetables and choose salads. The less processed the food, the richer the nutrients and the easier for the stomach to digest the food hence leading to weight loss

 

  • Exercise is very important. If you can’t run or jog, do brisk walking for 30 minutes to an hour every morning and evening. This is the best way to lose weight. Exercise breaks down fat and leads to immediate weight loss. Physical activity is very important and helps keep stress levels down and releases endorphins which help you feel good and keep your mod jolly.
  • Never skip Breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and helps you keep healthy, fit and fine. Also you should take small servings of food several times a day and avoid overeating and junk food.
