The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has launched a new version of the mAadhaar app for Android and iOS platforms. According to UIDAI, users should delete the old version of this app and install the new version. Through this new app, users can download Aadhaar card, do offline eKYC, scan QR code, update address, verify Aadhaar and email etc. This app will protect users’ data more than ever. 

Support of 13 languages: This app has support of 13 languages ​​including Hindi, Bengali, Oriya, Urdu, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujarati, Punjabi, Marathi and Assamese. Through the mAadhaar app, users can lock and unlock their Aadhaar or biometric authentication.

  • To use this app, you must first download its latest version.
  • After that open the app. Your three permits will be sought here. The first for accessing media files, the second for recording photos and videos, and the third for location. Allow them to be accepted.
  • After this, a language screen will appear on mAadhaar. From here you can choose your language.
  • Now you have to register your Aadhaar.
  • After this you will find many services here, which can work like Aadhaar downloading, Aadhaar reprint, update address online, paperless offline e-KYC, QR Code Scanner, Virtual ID Generator, Verify Aadhaar, Verify Email / Mobile.
  • Apart from this, you can also check the status. Through this, you can also check Aadhaar status, Aadhaar update status, address update status, validation letter status, Aadhaar linking / bank status, reprint request status.
  • Through the mAadhaar app, users can lock and unlock their Aadhaar or biometric authentication.
