For the information of all the projects,
before making the purchase of the house easy for the people, four regional platforms of RERA were earlier built across the country, but now preparations are being made to build a platform. Mishra said that for this a committee was formed under the leadership of Delhi Rera, after which the decision has been taken. According to Mishra, all the projects going on, their information will be on this platform. It will also contain information about whether they are registered in RERA or not. In this, it will also be told what decision RERA has given and which builder or promoter has taken action.

not be known to the people yet, what a regulator of any other state of the country has given a decision about a problem similar to his. Mishra said that when this platform is made, then home buyers will be able to visit this platform and refer to it and put their point in front of the regulator. This will also ease the RERA of all the states. Right now RERA is applicable in 30 of the 36 states of the country. Initiatives are underway to build RERA in four states of the Northeast. Only West Bengal is different from this.
