Gangster Satinder Singh, also known as the alias Goldy Brar, hails from Canada. Lawrence Bishnoi, a notorious Indian criminal, counts him as a personal friend. It is well known that Goldy admitted to killing the Punjabi artist Sidhu Moosewala.

In 1988, Satinderjeet Singh, now known as Goldy Brar, was born in Kotkapura, Faridkot, Punjab (he will be 34 years old in 2022). He is a resident of Canada as of 2022. His hometown is reportedly Muktsar.
Following the shooting death of popular Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Vala, he starts to appear in news articles. Both Goldy Brar and Lawrence Bishnoi claimed responsibility for the murder.

Participation in the murder of Sidhu Moosewala
On May 29, 2022, in the Jawaharke village of the Mansa district, some unidentified gunmen shot and killed the well-known Punjabi musician Sidhu Moosewala in his Mahindra SUV.
Two vehicles were reportedly following Sidhu’s automobile just before he was fatally shot. According to police officials, Moosewala was attacked by eight assailants, who used three AK-94 rifles to fire about 30 bullets at him.
After the musician was brutally murdered, Goldy Brar and the imprisoned mobster Lawrence Bishnoi turned to Facebook to claim responsibility for Moosewala’s murder. As his name has come up in the killings of Akali leader Vicky Middukhera and Goldy’s cousin Gurlal Brar, it appears that Goldy and Lawrence orchestrated the assassination of Moosewala. Gurlal Brar, Goldy’s cousin, was shot and killed in Chandigarh outside a bar in 2020 while Vicky was killed by a gunshot in Mohali in 2021. In addition, Goldy claimed that Moosewala was involved in their close aide Ankit Bhadu’s shooting.
The attack may have been related to a feud between the Lawrence Bishnoi and Lucky Patial gangs, according to the police.
Other Criminal Activities
Based in Canada, Goldy was charged by Lawrence Bishnoi with conducting an extortion ring in Punjab. A court in Punjab’s Faridkot district issued an open-ended, non-bailable arrest warrant for Goldy in 2021 due to his role in the murder of Youth Congress leader Gurlal Singh Pehalwan. Gurlal reportedly died immediately after being shot by two unknown individuals in Faridkot. In February 2022, he was allegedly involved in the double murder of the brothers Paramjit and Surjit, who were close friends with the imprisoned gangster Kaushal. The Delhi Police’s Special Cell detained Lawrence Bishnoi and Naresh Sethi, two sharpshooters who were part of the Kala Jatheri gang, on March 11, 2022. According to the authorities, the incident was carried out by the gangster Ajay Jaildar with the assistance of Kala Jatheri, Lawrence Bishnoi, Naresh Sethi, and Goldy Brar in order to establish dominance in the illicit alcohol trade.
The anti-gangster task force (AGTF) of the Punjab Police detained three associates of Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar from Bathinda on May 2, 2022. They were identified as Lovepreet Singh alias Sachin of the village Charewaan, Himmatveer Singh Gill of the village Jhorar, and Balkaran alias Vicky of the village Chak Dukhe Wala of Sri Muktsar Sahib. As per the police, they were planning to attack a businessman in the Malwa region to extort money from him. In April 2022, Goldy’s another associate named Gurpreet Singh was arrested by the Punjab Police with two pistols and eight live cartridges from Kharar. Apparently, Goldy had given him with three pistols of .30 bore, .32 bore and .315 bore to expand the criminal activities.
